Techniques & Textiles
Bandhej
Hand-tied and dyed in tiny dots that bloom into patterns. Our Bandhej is done by families who have practised it for generations.
Leheriya
The waves of Rajasthan's monsoon, turned into stripes. Light, airy, made for movement.
Block Printing
Teakwood blocks, natural dyes, repeated by hand until a pattern becomes a second skin.
Zari & Gota
Subtle shimmer from hand-worked zari and gota, used carefully to keep every piece wearable, not heavy.

Hands that hold the craft
Behind every KAJA piece is a team of pattern-cutters, hand-embroiderers, dyers and finishers based in and around Jaipur. Many of them have grown up in the old city, learning these skills at home long before they stepped into a studio. We keep our production limited so that their craft always has the time it deserves.
